Worst service ever!!

I have been trying to get my fiber that has allready been installed activated with Telkom for the past 7 days. 12 call center calls between myself and the technician from open serve has yielded no results. The issue seems to be with the sales person who logged the application - and he is ignoring my calls and watsupps. After being told today that I need to get into contact with the sales person as the call center cannot assist, I have reaches breaking point. Telkom - if this issue is not resolved by 13:00 tomorrow, I will be cancelling all my contracts (business and private). Not acceptable!!
