Worst service ever

I'm highly... like Highly disappointed with the services i've been getting from Telkom Not only is the call center *********** from the supervisor to the agents they have very bad customer service. The rating doesn't even deserve a one star, the service is just poor the supervisor Bonke or Monke makes empty promises after placing me on hold for a good 30 minutes and two consecutive days, i'm not getting any assistance... No ownership from the agents, the rapport and telecommunications s****s My Word talk about poor service really disappointing
