Worst Service Ever

I woke this morning to see that Telkom deducted over R1000 off my bank account.. I had contract with them that ended in Oct 2020 now they still charged for the FreeMe bundle that was on the the sim card.. how am I still paying for this sh## I don't understand that.. I thought when your contract ends you stop paying for everything on that number.. So people make sure you not paying for anything else.. Before you get ripped by these people.
