WORST SERVICE EVER

Signed up for a deal through Telkom online waited a month and a half to get feedback on the purchase. only to find out nothing was done. thereafter went to the store in gateway mall spoke to a consultant signed up a new contract and check coverage, all was in order. waited a week to received a call from the technician saying installation can not be done as there is no cables WHICH was ****** a year ago. called the call centre spoke to a lady. explained what was told by the technician and her response was that cables are too expensive to replace and I should sign up a deal that was R800 more then was I signed up for.
