Worst service ever

I’ve been struggling to get a new phone for more than 3 months at Telkom and I’ve been their loyal client for years. I’ve been trying to order a new device which they’d always tell me it’s out of stock and when finally they had stock they’d do a background check on my expenses etc. now this is where my horror starts, they say there’s an internal issue on my profile that needs to be escalated in order to be cleared and once cleared the 2 ladies that I spoke with promised to call me back so I can proceed with my order which they never called me back. It’s really frustrating what Telkom is doing, my only option is to jump ship and leave Telkom for good if this is the treatment and lies I get.
