Worst Service Ever!

After requesting numerous call backs and trying to get through to Telkom just to change my debit order details, its impossible to get Hold of them!! I have been handed over to collections with a summons against my name for a R900? How on earth does this happen when you send out no warning notifications nor phone me back to see what the problem is!

I hope someone gives me a call after this bad review otherwise I will take this further. Every month there is an issue with this company! all I can say is bad service and no communication skills!!!!!!!!!!!! *** - Account number
