Worst service ever

On the 21st of June I went to telkom highveld mall for an upgrade, the consultant told me I can only do the upgrade the following day( 22 June) after 2pm, said I should come at 3pm the following day, and I had no problem with that.. the following day I get there just after 2pm only to be told by the same consultant that she had sold the phone to another customer, her reasoning was that she wasn't sure if I was gonna come back and she couldn't tell the other customer to come back, I find that very unprofessional because she's the one who gave me specific time and she should've waited for 3pm to see if I'm coming or not... not even once did she apologize to me instead she kept on saying there was nothing she could've done.. I am very upset by her service, I didn't get her name because she had no name tag on but she has dreadlocks.. If this is the service telkom gives to customers I might as well look at other service providers...
