Worst service ever

Good day had the worst experience with telkom Once u get thru to the call center oh we can't assist need tongot the shop where u took your contract out . I am very disappointed with telkom and also they are charging me for to device insurance and I only wanted in the one phone . I would like a manager to give me a call as this is not right . Gerty *** I have never had this experience before
