Worst service ever!!

I am getting really frustrated with the service. I received a call earlier from Ditoro and she confirmed with me the Samsung A30s is for R249 and I told her to please go ahead then she stated there is issues and she will call me back.. I did not receive a call back and luckily I took her email address down and I sent her an email asking if she have forgotten about me, she then send me an email stating the contract is now R299... This is ridiculous and the most pathetic service I received. Please escalate this matter as I am going to voice my concerns on other social media platforms today if this is not rectified
