WORST SERVICE EVER

If I could give Telkom a 0 rating I would. Absolute worst service. Our fibre has been down for 4 days now. We've logged a call multiple times and we've been to our nearest store. Every single time we speak to someone, they tell us they will log a call and we never hear from anyone again. No one is willing to help us sort out the problem. We're paying for something we can't use. We've been with Telkom more than 3 years and we will be canceling our contract with them. ZERO customer support.
