Worst service EVER!

This is my second complaint. After my first post still no reply. I have sent numerous emails to the *** and still no response. I went to the store I am told to wait. More than a month later my account has been suspended the call center agents say they are unable to assist me. What does a person need to do to get some assistance!!!!!!!!
