Worst service ever

I've never received such pathetic customer service, and I'm not posting here so that you guys can call me and tell me some soapy story about how you will fix it and flood my emails with your reference numbers because I'm sick and tired of telkom mobile,but to let everyone how you take your clients for granted. I wish I had never taken a contract with you guys. I'm not even expecting your phone anymore. You guys are the worst service provider I've ever had to deal with. I mean my contract was approved more than 3 weeks ago yet I still don't have a phone. For two,weeks now no one has ever bothered to contact me and let me know what's going on. I should have just gone to cell c, vodacom or MTN. I wouldn't have encountered such. So to every one who wants a cellphone contract, just try all the other providers before you go to telkom mobile. Start from the top all the way to the bottom(telkom mobile) just make sure these jokers are your last resort.
