Worst Service Ever

My Land line has not been working for the past week. I have logged numerous calls to Telkom but they keep on closing my reference without coming to fix my phone.<br> <br> You cant even get someone from the call center to help you as after an hour of holding the line no one answers. Even if you use their escalation process, you still get no answer or service.<br> <br> I don't understand why is it difficult to send a technician to come and fix my line.
