Worst service ever !!!!

Telkom is the worst telecommunications company ever . I had a contract with them from 2015 September till 2017 October. It was a month to month after paying R149 until I went to telkom shop mall of the south .to do a sim swop . But i was convinced otherwise with the package I was using then that they now offer a cheaper package for the same benefits which i then moved to . 1gig a month and free telkom to telkom calls . But the consultant made a mistake instead of 1gig they put 10gig which i reported. And they took it back . But i was billed for the 10gig end of the month . Now my profile is messed up because of them at credit bureau . R745 instead of R99 since 2018 this amount redflags on my clear score profile !!! This is my second review ,they never even care to investigate . *** is the number i was billed on
