Worst service ever

Telkom is a mess I app**** for a multi sim for my data plan but it did not work and I had to go to the store more than 4 times for the same issue up until they managed to get it working but only worked for 24 hours the my main data sim stopped working and they couldn’t help me up until now my data sim is not working but month end they will charge me for 2 multi sim that never worked.

Their customer service is useless, account department will point you to sales and sales will point you to account or store and at the store they’re failing in every way.
