Worst service ever

If I could I would rate them Minus 5. We upgraded our contract to a Uncapped package in April already. Since fhen every month our line gets cut off because we reached our limit. When we phone telkom they say someone will phone back and no one does, if we get the call they log it AGAIN and absolutely nothing happens. We are paying for a package we don't have. This is unacceptable, it's been 3 almost 4 months and they are doing nothing about the situation.
