WORST SERVICE EVER !!!!!!

STILL NO FEEDBACK, EVEN AFTER LOADING THIS 2 WEEKS AGO

Firstly I am extremely disgusted with your service and I have logged this onto HELLO PETER Aswell !!!!

On the the 24th June 2019, i app**** for a Mobile Contract online. I was then contacted by a sales Agent who assisted me with the application. The sales agent did advise me that if all is approved then my account would be debited - I agreed. I then asked how long would it take in order for me to get my device, and i was told 7 to 14 working days. Later that day i called back to cancel the online application, as i was rather going to go into the Telkom Mobile store and do the application, as i would get the device the same time. I called Telkom Sales and i was told that i cannot cancel the application via the telephone and i should do it online - IMPOSSIBLE !!!!!!!!!!! I called like FIVE TIMES and no one could assist me !!!

Fine.

On the 25th June 2019 - I called the call center to cancel online application and a guy named Tony cancelled the online application for me - Very friendly guy by the way. However my account had been debited for the amount of R499.00. I asked for this money to be refunded, and they said there is nothing they can do, and i should contact the accounts and billing department, I tried calling that department and i can never get through to a agent !!!! the line keeps on cutting, WHAT TYPE OF SERVICE IS THIS !!!!!!!!

I then went into the Telkom Mobile store and a dispute was lodged for me to have my money refunded! I then received a sms to say my query had been resolved. However i still have not received my money, NOT EVEN A PHONE CALL TO ADVISE ME WHAT IS HAPPENING !!!!

Till date i have not received my refund of R499 !!!!!

I even went into the store and got my device.

Telkom Mobile is useless as not one of your agents can help me ???

My money was debited very quickly,. but when it comes to having my money refunded, then there is issues and stories !!!! The agents are rude and have no respect when talking to clients !!!!!

I have been a member for a very long time. and i really am thinking of changing all my accounts to another network !!!

I WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT ASAP !!!!!! I will post this all over social media, so that people can know the real truth about this company and how they refused to assist me.

I am extremely disappointed in the service i have received !!! I want my money back into my account and someone to call me and explain the damn process ????????????????????
