WORST SERVICE EVER

Worst service EVER! I have reported my fault 4 weeks ago. The fault was escalated several times. I phone in every day to get feedback and request action just to get the same promises - we will escalate the issue. And worse part is this billing error is going to affect my credit profile. Telekom am so disappointed in your service.

Needless to say - 4 weeks later - still no resolution. There is no service delivery! Is there anybody that can assist?
