Worst service ever.

Telkom has messed up my credit profile, they activated a contract I app**** for without my consent and without me even taking possession of the contract cellphone. I have spoken to them multiple times on social media and even called their call center where I was taken from pillar to post. They even had he audacity to hand me over to their attorneys. I asked them for a simple letter stating that the account was closed and that I don’t owe them any money, I was told that it would take 7-14 working days for them to email me this letter and I’m still waiting. This is atrocious service from Telkom, I have read reviews and have seen that I’m not the only one with a similar case. I would like to take this opportunity to warn and advise consumers to be weary about telkom they don’t care about clients.
