WORST SERVICE EVER

I have never been with a company more pathetic than telkom. <br> <br> I have been trying to get old of a call centre agent for 3 days, i gave up after i've been on hold for longer than 30 minutes.<br> <br> You have to go through so many options to be put through to an agent and then you get placed on hold. <br> <br> I also work in a client service centre and this will not be acceptable in our company. i will definitely NOT renew my contract with telkom. <br> <br> AND the quality of your hold tone is absolute horrible you can't even hold the phone against your ear, you have to put the call volume on low and still put the phone away from your ear.<br> <br> Please start improving your service.
