Worst Service ever

I have a data sim contract with Telkom, of which I ported my cell c contract number made it prepaid and got a new number for the contract, then took my number across to Telkom but now I'm interested in taking up another contract with Telkom which is a voice contract and use my number of which I brought across. It's going to 4 weeks and nothing has happened, no response from the telkom guys after they said they would do it over and above that it's something I've done before and it took 24 hours to make the switch, unless the Technicians at telkom don't know what they doing , I don't see the issue. Now I want to cancel the damn thing and just take a new contract all together, but now what the consultant I spoke with says I need to pay up the reminding term and than cancel which is a load of **** ***** why pay for something I'm not getting. I recently Cancelled another contract of mine with Cell C and was charged for the deceive of which was fair, so here they saying must pay for product I've not even gotten... is it me talking nonsense or Telkom has ******** business practices... right now I'm even looking for a internet service for my flat but Telkom is the last place I will go to
