Worst service ever

I whould like to give them a negative star rating My ADSL Line has been down since 11 February 2019 it has been reported and i was informed not to worry about it they have tecnisions on site to fix te problem I've drove past them where they were siting and chating 2 days ago we phoned in again we were told that the line will not ve fixed becuase they keep on steeling the cables like that is suppose to fix my problem?? my neighbor has a ADSL line and his wifi and landline is working now but ours is still off our network runns through the same cable but they cant help me with my problem im still waiting for a call back from a tecnision but no responses if someone can sort this problem out or give me feedback its the boughton area in pmb hubert road
