Worst service ever

You need to have your call centre as professional as your chat service. <br> Its infuriating trying to deal with them when it feels like they dont listen to you, just read off a piece of paper what to say if someone says this. No real sense of customer service. <br> In what world can you not be transferred to a manager? <br>
