Worst service ever

I have been struggling to get hold of telkom for 3 weeks now. You get put on hold for an agent anywhere between 10 minutes to an hour an then get cut off. We moved to a new house and need our line to be moved. I gave notice long before so that everything should run smoothly. But still without a land line or internet. And I have to phone from my cellphone which is costing me an arm and a leg and still not getting any service. This is horriffic. But our line is always paid in full. Where is the service we pay for?
