WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!

Since Sep 2018 we have has issues with the WiFi , it does not work at all now. We have called the call center more than 20 times in the last 5 months, they sent out 2 technicians but the same thing after checking in that there is no coverage in the area that is the issue. Its been 6 months now that I am struggling to use something that I am paying for. I am without internet connection for 6 month and Telkom expect me to pay. This is ridiculous !!!! I am requesting a refund for the last 6 months and cancel my membership now. Ref No: ********** 9
