Worst service ever
I've logged a call October 2015 to have ADSL installed. After various queries and complaints they came and said they need access to my neighbours yard. I arranged access but they never showed up again. Informed the contact centre 3 times to arrange it but on one has! <br> I'm sick and tired of the bad service<br> My ref number : ***
