Worst service EVER!!!

Yes so I am back again previous time sat without my line for 2 months and now down again and it has now been 7 days and still nothing; had phoned 3 time and today got cut off today as well so nothing happens and I am sitting without my service I pay for, oohhhhh but I must pay my account on time reallly!! do they even now the word service!!! I want my line fixed a.s.a.p. my ref no: ********** 9 logged 25/01/2019.
