Worst service ever!!!

I want to cancel my contract. Called the call centre and held for 20min before I could speak to a consultant who gave me false information. I then started calling stores in my area, 9 in total, NONE of them answered their phones. I would’ve upgraded my account with telkom but after this poor service I’d rather take my business elsewhere.
