Worst Service EVER

I've had the worst experience with Telkom Business. Our office has not had internet for the past two weeks now and no one has been able to help us. Everytime I call them I get taken from pillar to post. I get told someone will call me back and no one does. I ask for their superiors email address or direct line and I get told that policy doesnt allow for them to give me. So I guess policy allows for them not to help me.
