Worst service ever

after 1 month and 3 days not one person in the whole of telkom has had the decency to phone me back and help me . I am a paying client , i am in credit with you but i can promise you if i owed you money you would have phoned me 3 times a day .

if any one of you get the guts to phone me and help me with my issue please do .
