WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!

So i bought data on thursday afternoon and noticed that i couldnt go online or anything of that sorts, thought maybe its my phone and didnt really pay any attention to it. Come friday afternoon i still cannot connect.

So, i call the call centre

1. I hold for 20min and finally get to speak to a consultant then it gets cut off

2. Nobody calls back. I then call back hold on for another 20 min only to be told by Lettie that she doesnt know where my data went to (for my protection)!!!!

So im told that she can only log a call for their technician to investigate. Turnaround time is 72 WORKING HOURS JUST for the call to be picked up NOT resolutions then another 3 days possibly THEN gee sorted.
