Worst service ever

I wonder this company is still in business because they are the biggest *****s. Their customer service is the worst..Rude personnel who don't even know know the basics of customer care. I upgraded my wifi speed & fr the past 2 mnths iv been paying fr an upgrade that was never even activated & now for the past 5 days my wifi is down & no one has the answer as to why its nt working. Iv called countless times about this issue and its always a different story or my chats are cut off before problem is solved. Worst service ever!!!!!!!!!. You don't even deserve a rating because that's how bad you are.
