Worst Service Ever !!!

I was sent an SMS to make payments on the 27th to my Telkom account, because the debit order had bounced, due to my salary date being on the 25th. I made Manuel payments on the 27th and on the 28th Telkom decided to debit my account. I’ve been trying to get my money refunded in my account... and I’ve been getting the worst run around ... and today is the 5th... I’m still being told I must wait for my debit order funds to reflect. I’ve had nothing but great things to say about Telkom... but this nonsense has made me regret upgrading my contract with this nonsense company. Honestly.
