WORST SERVICE EVER!
Using telkom adsl line for past 5years upgraded my line to a 10mb and been paying for a 10mb line for 2months now but my download speed is running 0.6mb and never received the wifi router that was promised with the package , I did log a couple of faults but they close it and tell me the problem has been fixed without asking me if the problem was resolved, still sitting with the same problem. If I phone regarding the router they tell me they are off-line I phoned about 20 times same story every single time. Worst service I have ever experienced.
