WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!

I submitted online to cancel my Show max subscription in the self service portal, then they canceled my line????? So I don't know if it is just their weak system or *********** staff!!!!!!!!!

I would NEVER recommend Telkom, nor support them!!! I am already changing to another ISP!!!!
