Worst service ever

I would like to express my utter disappointment and frustration with Telkom. As a major service provider they should pride themselves on exceptional service delivery however that’s not the case. My WiFi had been down for 2 months (due to cable theft) and I called in to the accounts department and they told me that I would not be billed for that period (makes sense as no usage or service = nonpayment). 2 weeks after that my router packs up (after about 6 months) and they tell me it needs to go away for repairs and it can take up to 14 days (no replacement offered or loan unit as it’s their bull**** piece of hardware not mine). It’s been 2 more months and I still haven’t received the ‘repaired’ unit. Luckily at the time I decided to purchase a new router as I couldn’t be without WiFi for business reasons (yes there’s a loss of income claim coming your way as well) however the idiot in store sells me the wrong one and then refuses to take it back making me buy the same initial piece of **** I sent in for repairs (so that’s 2 new routers = +/- R2400) . I then get hit with a bill of R2700 (which includes the F-ing period when I never had WiFi or a damn router) and they suspend my service without any correspondence (I had to hear about this when I called in to log a fault). I would appreciate some feedback as well as this issue to be resolved immediately.
