Worst service ever

I don't now how you get business. I started to inquire about the 100gig LTE month to month on Tuesday. I sent my details requesting to be phoned back but nothing. I have been dialing 10213 on numerous occasions sometimes holding the line for as long as 20 min with no one answering. I then went to greenstone mall to the big telkom store near clicks and app**** for the deal. The guy who helped me couldn't find the deal and said he would call me the next morning. he still hasn't called, and after phoning customer care today found out that I still am not loaded on the system. on top of that I cant reach anyone at the greenstone store. I am highly frustrated and you are lacking in service compared to the other cell providers. How can it be this difficult to get a deal!!!
