Worst service ever!

Telkom has the worst service. They **** about having a technician coming to fix my internet for a week. They said they on their way or will be there in a few minutes. No one has come. And when I phone them. They said they will get back to me with feedback which they never did. The customer service was so bad that when you speak to them they do not even understand simple English. They refer us to many others who also do not ever get back to us. How can this be a running business if no one knows what is going on? Seriously disappointed. Would not recommend to anyone
