#Worst Service Ever

Logged a Fault on my Telkom line 24th of January 2018 SMS received. A Week later phoned in again still no response. Phone a week after that and guess what? Still no response. I think if i used Homing ***eons i would have had a better chance. and a lot cheaper as i get billed but no service to use. i also know now why everyone warned me about telkom.

Hi Noleen, No one has contacted me or even tried to assist. i still get billed for the line rental but refuse to pay i don't even care anymore if you list me on ITC. sorry i know its not your fault but. i had to make other arrangements regarding my business using telephones.
