Worst service ever

Reported a fault on my adsl line Waited for 4 days still no response. Called again and they said that the fault would be escalated. Received an sms including a reference number and that a technician would be sent out. Waited another 4 days, still no response. When i phoned again, Telkom said it was no longer their problem as it had been handed over to Open Serve and that I needed to contact them. When i eventually got through to Open Serve, they could not trace my fault and stated that the reference number did not exist. They were unable to tell me how to go forward. I phoned telkom to report the fault again, but they said I cant because they still have my previous report on their system. It has now been 15 days since the report and I am having no luck whatsoever
