Worst Service EVER

I have never in my life experienced anything like the last 4 months with Telkom! I ordered a package in store and it took one month for them to tell me they couldn't provide it for my area. I then ordered a new package telephonically and it took up to 2 weeks to receive it, without notice. The goods were not all in working order so I reported it and requested a replacement. It has been 4 months of calling every week...I still have no replacement!!!
