Worst service ever

On Wednesday the 15th of July i visited the telkom mobile store in Eastgate to apply for a phone contract. The consultant that assisted me who never bothered to give her name took my forms and said she will call me in 24hrs as she needed to verify some information. Since then there has not been any contact and the landline is not being answered. This kind of service is unacceptable especially for a new potential subscriber. I need feedback on this terrible service. Is this how telkom treats its clients???
