WORST SERVICE EVER

Irmgarde Adams Account Manager: Sales and Marketing at Telkom came to our offices in Paarl in Feb/March and was really egger to assist us and make a sale we then put our business with her and singed all the needed contracted and sent her all the required documents months went by without any feedback as to our switch boards and finally when I followed up we were advise it will be installed by the 2oth of may 2015 the date cm and passed and not reply from Irmgarde a week and a half later she came back and said no it will be installed by the 8th of June she confirmed this with myself and my director over the phone the date came and passed no feedback no switchboards no contact from Irmgarde then we tried reaching her with out luck she then asked for more documents within the next day she had everything she requested. Then they dropped of a small phone when I followed up they advised this was the contracted we signed we had the fix it immediately. we then finally got hold of Irmgarde she then advised we will have our switch board end of July which we advised is unacceptable and asked for our order numbers etc to see ourselves what is going on and we have not heard from her again.
