WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!

This is the second time that my phone will be delivered to the wrong address!! I have complained on your email address for complaints(10213). I have 5 references already, and still not one person has phoned me back!!!!! THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Your staff has also discriminated against me and you do not take it seriously!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
