Worst Service Ever

I have a adsl line with Telkom on 21 December 2020 our adsl line went down I reported it on 22 Desember 2020 at 8:48 in the morning I called them again twice on 23 December 2020. It's 26 Desember 2020 and it's still not fixed worst of all we had visitors for Christmas and our TV works via wifi so no TV for my guests. This is really not what I expected from Telkom I am really very disappointed in the after service. Worst Service ever!!!!!!
