WORST SERVICE EVER🚮

WORST SERVICE EVER,Iwent to this shop for a simple Sim Swop,even today I have not gotten it...why.I went to the shop yhey tell me sim is locked they will send an email to head office and ill receive a confirmation sms,i go back,phone their customer care,they say sim is fine on their system.i went back to the shop..mind you Im driving, ,when i get there they still say im sim is locked,i demand answers,no one talks to me,i go to the one who said logged an email,,she even forfot about my issue,still today im paying for a sim i dont have
