Worst Service Ever!!!

Bunch of useless people. I had a contract with Telkom, I specially called in a month's advance to say I don't want any other services and that I need to cancel to avoid further debits from my account, the consultants agreed and said they will cancel for me. I made my last contract payment in the month that followed that conversation but for the months after that, I kept getting debited so I kept reversing the money because I know I did not request any other service from these idiots. When I called in I was told that they were billing me for data bundles and free voice minutes... I was so irritated at this because, AGAIN for the 50th time I has strictly asked for full cancellation, I even asked the consultants to go listen back on my calls for confirmation, none of them ever did so nor did any of them have the decency to call me back. I have requested assistance on many occassions wasting my airtime to get HELP but there is a bunch of retards working for this ****ed up place!!! Today after months I received an sms saying Telkom is taking legal action for this freaking service I strictly denied and did not want! *** is wrong with these people?
