Worst service ever.

<p>I have a 2mb line. I pay for a 2mb line. My line max speed shows I can get 3mb. But my line is sync at 1.2mb. I have logged a call and now my call was resolved without someone calling me so I can explain or assist them. I know telkom only cares about the rich areas. But I m going to open a case at icasa. Telkom is *****ing my money. If someone phoned me I could have explain to them to take me out of the ****py telkom system that downgrades everyone and put my line on fastpath and not on interleave. Please assist me in giving this poor service to telkom. If there was someone else i would not stay with telkom. And I can promise them I know lot of people that will leave them.</p>
