Worst service ever

<p>On the 20th of feb i went to a Telkom store in westgate to get a phone, was quickly dismissed and told to go to clearwater as there is no stock. Went to Clearwater on the 25th of Feb and i was told ma application has to go thru vating and i should wait 72hrs, 3days later nobody bothered to call me and give me feedback till today and when i called client care coz the branch's fones rings forever and no one answers i was told the consult never attached my documents, the consultant is Thomas... i then went to westgate again, and the lady (Megan)who had told me to go to clearwater 1st time, tried to send me back again to clearwater and claimed they offline, when i started complaining she offered to assist and 2 weeks later i never got any feedback from her, i called her last week friday and she promised to get back to me b4 the end of day and till today she hasnt.. and from what she was saying i could pick she never submitted my application... The service at the branches is so pathetic, the consultants make it obvious they don't get any commission so they basically do not care what happens to the client's needs... i am so disappointed in Telkom and dismayed, this is the worst service i have ever gotten ever.</p>
