Worst service ever!
<p><span style="color: #555555; background-color: #ffffff;">I needed the HP laptop deal that is currently on promotion, went to mall of the south and they had no stock and sent me to the glen, same story at the glen whom sent me to alberton and received the same response;"No Stock". Each store had "no manager" and the level of service and professionalism was absolutely disgusting. I tried calling telkom from the one number they provide on their website and no help at all. So i have been to three branches with no stock and it is being advertised. How do you advertise something you dont have stock of, I am a customer who needs the HP laptop deal on 2gb on a 24 month contract. Someone must call me urgently anad explain why the service was so bad and what they will do to improve it. The standards are extremely low ito service within their branches. </span></p>
And how long will this take as a consultant in the Alberton branch told me it will take up 2 weeks if i do it online. You guys come up with such silly solutions, dont even have the guts to call me.
